An experience of Mr. Kim who is a director of MANIKER F&G and Mr. Choi who is an executive director of the company in a customer service center!!
MANIKER F&G is prepared for the CCM certification. Executives of MANIKER F&G took the initiative to find customers’ VOC and any difficulties of counselors during the customer counseling and experienced the counseling service for the customer-centered management.
The CEO of MANIKER F&G also participated in this project last year. We all gave Mr. Kim and Choi a big hand for their participation this year!
